Chef Justin Mason and his culinary team keep our tastebuds on edge atop the Westin Hotel at the Sun Dial Restaurant, Bar & View. With its continuously rotating menu, the Sun Dial’s seasonal menu offers a wide range of delicious brunch, lunch, dinner, and cocktail options that’s sure to elevate the appetites of the entire table. The Sun Dial’s in house pastry chef, Chef Khoi V. Nguyen, makes dessert masterpieces that are so beautiful they rival the 723 foot, 360° view of the city!

The restaurant is also “Corporate Lunch” friendly. The Sun Dial highly considers your time (pun intended). They do an amazing job of getting you in and out within the lunch hour if needed. The view takes one hour to complete a full rotation – coincidence? I think not.

CSOA insider tip: The bar at the Sun Dial has live music performed by the Mose Davis Trio on Wednesday and Thursdays. No reservations needed (some age restrictions apply). Grab a few friends and find a cozy spot on one of the bar lounge chairs and admire your city.
