Each of our commercial properties is assigned an individual Concierge who is housed in the corporate office and serves the property remotely. Your Concierge is also available to visit the building as needed for lobby shows and special events, as well as to sit in your lobby for a contracted number of hours each week or month. Whether you want complete remote coverage or a type of blended coverage, we can come up with a plan that is tailored to meet the specific needs of your building.
Our Virtual Concierges have strong backgrounds in the personal and customer service industry. They also have a passion for, and a deep understanding of, all things Atlanta.
