Testimonials
The Meet and Greet last night was lovely. The background music was perfect for meeting and greeting, the food selection was great and plentiful, not to mention, the caterers couldn’t have been more gracious/helpful servers. We especially enjoyed that we had a good sampling of residents attend, making it a truly wonderful event. Many thanks to all of your efforts. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
Working with CSOA has truly been a delightful experience. CSOA is a wonderful amenity to offer to the customers in the buildings. Having a corporate concierge sets us apart from our competition and adds tremendous value to the site.
We recently partnered with CSOA on a large corporate event for a Fortune 50 customer here in Atlanta. The CSOA staff far exceeded all expectations and delivered 10+ service, insight and experience! THANK YOU CSOA!!!!
The Concierge staff amazes me with their enthusiasm, professionalism and ‘team spirit’ above and beyond any expectations I have ever had for a condominium staff.
Concierge Services of Atlanta has been our corporate provider of event tickets for the past decade! Their attention to detail, customer service and ability to get the seats no one else can confirms they are not only the best, but will continue to be our provider for years to come!
I want to thank you both and CSOA for a lovely evening. The Atlanta Symphony was amazing and it certainly was a treat watching John Adams conducting the orchestra performing his original composition. Leila Josefowicz could not have been better. She didn’t even need to read any music during her entire performance…just incredible! Thank you for offering the tickets and coordinating and facilitating my being able to attend. My guests and I had a memorable evening.
As a Property Manager in Atlanta, CSOA is a one-stop shop for my tenants. Anyone can use the Internet to purchase tickets but I have found that having a Concierge as part of the building staff sets CSOA apart and adds value to the services provided by the landlord. The personal touch CSOA gives to any service they provide is always above and beyond what my tenants have requested whether it be a caterer, booking a business meeting, assisting tenants with gifts for their clients or assi…
I am prompted to let you know how pleased we are with the services CSOA provides our clients. The CSOA employees always go above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The employees are a great asset to our management team and are very helpful to the many people working in our buildings.
We wanted to thank you again for the tickets to ‘Cabaret’ last Friday night at The Fox! The show was very good and we really appreciated the seats!! Also you/the entire concierge staff here at Venue Brookwood are really the best in all of the places I have lived, ever. You are always kind, courteous, helpful and just a nice person to be greeted by every day. We appreciate you and Eugene, as well as the newest addition to your team. Thank you again and have a great night!
Concierge Service of Atlanta has been providing introductory meetings for our recently boarded CMA clients for the past year. Since we know that first impressions are impactful to our Boards and homeowners, we wanted to ensure a top-notch company was handling this on their behalf. Community Management Associates sends an email of the location, time and approximate attendance of the event to CSOA. CSOA then handles the entire function, including prizes, beverages, food, servers and additional re…

Bottom of the Map Podcast—LIVE!
Please Note: Tickets are required for admission to the live podcast. Admission to the podcast includes entrance to February HIGH Frequency Friday.
Don’t miss this special opportunity to be part of a live podcast recording of Bottom of the Map in conjunction with the exhibition Virgil Abloh: “Figures of Speech.” Bottom of the Map Live! is a dynamic conversation and musical experience that brings all of the passionate, witty, and ratchet energy of WABE’s Bottom of the Map podcast to the stage in front of a live audience. Hosts Christina Lee and Dr. Regina N. Bradley will explore how Southern hip-hop artists such as 2 Chainz, Travis Scott, and Gucci Mane relate to Abloh’s notion of “Tourist vs. Purist.”
Named “Best of Atlanta” by Atlanta Magazine, Bottom of the Map features Georgia-bred scholar Dr. Regina N. Bradley and music journalist Christina Lee as two of the prominent voices in hip-hop dialogue, using Southern hip-hop as a space for cultural commentary and critique. In their first season, they delved into a range of topics, including Southern hip-hop’s connections to self-care, HBCU marching-band culture, Afrofuturism, and a whole lot more. Described by its listeners as “insightful,” “relatable,” “funny,” and “making even the most explored idea feel new,” Bottom of the Map is coming back for a second season, and this live episode will be a part of it!
