Penny Morriss
Owner &
President
Penny began working for Prentiss
Properties in 1988 as Atlanta's first corporate concierge for midtown's One
Atlantic Center. From 1994 to 1997, Morriss worked for the Washington D.C. based Intercontinental
Concierge Corporation as the general manager for their Atlanta office. Penny Morriss started Concierge
Services of Atlanta in 1997 to provide much-needed specialized services to Class A office buildings,
private clubs and luxury condominiums. |

Lendy Fedors
Vice President
Lendy has been with Concierge Services of Atlanta for over five
years.
She is in charge of overseeing all personnel and operations, business development, and
management occurring at the residential properties for CSA as well as working with the corporate
concierges. For 12 years prior to CSA, Lendy worked in management and business development
for a company who provided services to the commercial real estate market in Atlanta. |

Hollie Hulette
Operations Manager
Hollie began her career in the Airline Industry in 1996 providing exceptional customer service
while traveling the world. Over the past 13 years, she has perfected her customer service skills,
marketing strategies, and sales techniques by working with a five star hotel, a world class
airline, and a top selling real estate broker. Hollie's experience will provide the clients
of CSOA with the knowledge and techniques of the best that the hospitality industry has to
offer. Hollie is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in psychology. |

Mary Buford Gilmore
Ticket Coordinator
Mary Buford began working for Concierge Services of Atlanta in 2003 as a Corporate Concierge
in various CSOA Class A office buildings. In 2007 she became the Ticket Coordinator for the
Corporate and Residential Divisions of CSOA. In this role Mary Buford works with the various
venues around Atlanta procuring the tickets to shows and events that the Concierges provide
to their tenants. |

Amber G. Brownlee
Events and Services Coordinator
Amber began with Concierge Services in September of 2008 as Events & Services Coordinator.
She graduated from the University of Georgia in December of 2007 with a degree in Consumer Sciences.
Throughout college she gained experience in event planning as an intern for the AthFest Music
and Arts Festival, volunteering for the HERO Special Olympics, and many charity events through
her sorority. Before CSOA, she worked for an investment banking firm planning events to acquire
new investors for private placements. |
